Practise and check understanding

Know when a quiz provides feedback and when it controls progression.

Practice quizzes provide feedback and do not block progress. Scored quizzes can gate later pages when the course uses ordered navigation. The author configures the pass threshold, attempts, question order, answer shuffling, and feedback using supported quiz properties.

Read the question and select or enter an answer, then submit. Review the feedback before retrying. If attempts are limited, another attempt may not be available. A reload does not necessarily erase earlier progress.

Quiz grading occurs on the server. A score shown in the UI is the result of grading, not a score supplied by the learner’s browser.

Test a failed attempt, a retry when allowed, and a passing attempt. Reopen Preview to verify remembered progress and test Restart separately. Check that feedback explains how to improve rather than merely revealing an answer.
